At Gamify Business, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our different offerings.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (HANDBOOKS & WORKBOOKS)
Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact

Digital components (if any) must not have been accessed or downloaded
Refund Process

Email info@gamifybusiness.com with your order number and reason for return

Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions

After we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
​
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds for digital products unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

WORKSHOPS & COURSES

Online Workshops

Full refund available up to 14 days before the workshop start date

50% refund available 7-13 days before the workshop start date

No refunds available less than 7 days before the workshop start date

Once physical materials have been shipped, an $80 fee will be retained regardless of when cancellation occurs
In-Person Workshops

Full refund available up to 14 days before the event

50% refund available 7-13 days before the event

No refunds available less than 7 days before the event

Material fee of $80 is non-refundable once materials have been shipped
One-on-One Coaching

The $500 deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future services within 6 months

Cancellation 14+ days before scheduled session: 75% refund (minus deposit)

Cancellation 7-13 days before scheduled session: 50% refund (minus deposit)

Cancellation less than 7 days before scheduled session: No refund
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you experience an unexpected event that prevents your participation (such as serious illness or emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include rescheduling or credit toward future services.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Proof of the defect may be required (such as photos).
