  • Preparation Phase: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Pre-Order Items: Special edition or pre-order items will have estimated shipping dates listed on their product pages

  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second notification when your items ship

International Shipping

  • Tracking: Provided where available

  • Additional customs fees may apply (see International Orders section)

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on destination, package size, and shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: $10

  • Expedited Shipping: $20

     

International Shipping

  • Canada & Mexico: Starting at $20

  • All Other Countries: Starting at $35
    Exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

     

TRACKING YOUR TREASURE

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

If you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@gamifybusiness.com.

  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control

  • During peak seasons (holidays), delivery times may be extended

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Additional Fees

International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Restrictions

Some products may not be available for international shipping due to licensing restrictions or shipping regulations. If you've ordered an item that cannot be shipped to your location, we'll notify you and provide a full refund.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped

     

PACKAGE LOSS OR DAMAGE

  • If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery if possible

  • If you've already accepted a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours at info@gamifybusiness.com

  • Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We will work with the carrier to file claims for lost or damaged packages

     

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

If you need items from a single order shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
